RETURN and REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes things just do not work out. We also want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy.

We offer 14 DAYS from the date of your delivery to return eligible items.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

We are a small business and cannot issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be thrilled to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. Just send us an email at hello@aurorajeanboutique.com or shoot us a message on Instagram or Facebook!

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered via the email address associated with your order. Store credit is not eligible for use on previous orders. 

 ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original tags attached. Items must be free of pet odors/smoke.
  • Items not eligible for returns include final sale items, anything discounted 30% or more, including purchases made with discount codes that are 30% or more off. Clearance/deals section or anything that has final sale written in the description or code, pre-orders, intimate items such as accessories, bodysuits, bathing suits, undergarments and shapewear are all final sale. These items are all Final Sale.
  • If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not be given credit and items will be sent back for a $8 return fee.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return. 
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Please note: we are unable to accept items that have been washed. Please be sure to follow exact washing instructions to ensure the garment remains in good condition.
  • If these ineligible items are sent back and not accepted you can choose to have them returned to you for an $8 fee.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
  • Store Credit does not expire. It will be in the form of an E-Gift Card issued to the email address associated with the order. 


EXCHANGE POLICY

Because we are a small business and our inventory is low, we are unable to exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact hello@aurorajeanboutique.com and send a picture of the defective item for further assistance. 

If you need a different size, you can return the original item for store credit and (if the item is still available) purchase the size you need. We try our best to provide sizing charts and real-life try on experiences to ensure sizing accuracy.   

Return Instructions

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted.
2. Place items in a shipping-safe package and include your original receipt/packing slip. If you do not have your original receipt, you can also print your order confirmation email.

*If you are local and would like to initiate a return, please email hello@aurorajeanboutique.com and we can arrange for local drop off to save you on shipping costs. Aurora Jean Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Tracking:

If you are shipping an item back, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for tracking your return package. Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, so any shipping issues or problems must be handled by USPS.
